I have a degree in Business Administration and a post graduate degree in Philosophy. After studying, I worked at a management consultancy in Munich. My work there provided me the incredible opportunity to look beyond the surface of an organization and people and in turn helped me create change processes in a sustainable manner.
The position at HypoVereinsbank in the training department also helped me gain more insight into the corporate world. I personally experienced how complex corporate structures are and how they shape perception and culture. This invaluable experience helped me to this day understand my clients and their unique situations.
